Location: Nottingham

Are you a hands-on technical expert with a broad understanding of on-premise and cloud technologies? We’re looking for a Cloud Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable both behind the console and in front of C-level stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions to our customers. You’ll work on-site where needed to implement and support a wide range of systems, from VMware and Networking to Microsoft Azure and M365.

Key Technologies You'll Work With:

• Networking: LAN/WAN, Firewalls, Routing & Switching
• Servers: Microsoft Server technologies and infrastructure
• Microsoft Stack: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver infrastructure and cloud-focused projects end-to-end
• Collaborate with the post-sales team to ensure smooth handovers and implementations
• Work closely with customers to translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable outcomes
• Own technical conversations with both C-level execs and operational teams
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying and addressing client needs with commercial and technical awareness

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing or consultancy-based technical role
• Strong understanding of hybrid environments and on-prem infrastructure
• Ability to travel to customer sites when required (projects are often site-based)
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver
• Capable of simplifying complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
• A pragmatic, analytical thinker with a delivery-focused mindset
