Job summary

IMG’s Technology team is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and delivery pipelines across our digital and broadcast platforms. You will enable continuous delivery and reliability for high‑profile clients and live services.

Responsibilities include automating provisioning with IaC, managing CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Qualifications

Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Ansible.
Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure for production and development environments.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple teams.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
Monitor performance and reliability with observability stacks.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to optimize deployments.
Act as escalation point for production incidents and resolution.
Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines.
Document infrastructure and operational procedures clearly.
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
