Job summary

Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and operate AWS infrastructure, automate deployments, and enhance day-to-day operations. The role focuses on AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS), and automation.

You will own IaC, improve CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to on-call rotations while driving operational improvements across production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Strong AWS experience including core services (EC2, EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, Route 53, VPC).
• Strong Terraform experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals (networking, workloads, ingress, scaling, troubleshooting).
• Experience with CI/CD systems: Jenkins / GitLab CI.
• Solid Linux skills; Windows experience is a plus.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts/tools (Python/Go/Bash/PowerShell).
• Understanding of SDLC and microservices deployment patterns.

About the Role

We are hiring a Cloud DevOps Engineer to build and operate our AWS infrastructure, improve deployment workflows, and automate day-to-day operations. This role is hands-on, focused on AWS, Terraform, K8s, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AWS infrastructure for production and non-production environments.

• AD/DNS/domain fundamentals.
