Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of data consulting or relevant experience in AI & Analytics, with a proven track record in client relationships
• Ability to identify data and AI opportunities, and develop proposals and pitches
• Experience leading AI and Generative AI workshops
• Understanding of customer needs and data maturity assessment
• Evaluation and recommendation of data pipelines, frameworks, tools, and platforms
• Leadership in data feasibility studies and PoC projects using Python, Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying PoCs and pipelines
• Experience with big data frameworks on-premises and cloud-based
• Collaboration with AI architects, engineers, and data scientists to develop tailored solutions
• Experience leading integration and deployment of data and AI products
• Staying updated with advancements in big data and GenAI
• Working with cross-functional teams to develop AI offerings

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
• Cloud certifications in data, analytics, or architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
• Experience with statistics, PowerPoint, Excel, and industry trends in Data, AI, and GenAI
