Job summary

Tria Recruitment seeks a Lead Azure Cloud Architect for a UK-based contract. The role is based in Central London or Sheffield, with 3 days onsite and occasional travel, up to 2–3 years duration. Inside IR35, up to £900 per day, aligning with a major enterprise cloud transformation.

You will define standards and governance, shape architecture, and collaborate across technology, product, cyber security, and delivery teams to drive strategic cloud initiatives.

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Azure architecture within large enterprise environments
• Prior exposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation programmes (Azure)
• Knowledge of cloud governance, operating models and architecture standards
• Strong stakeholder management at senior level
• Experience influencing suppliers and technical teams without direct authority
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
