Job Description:

Our leading client is seeking a Cloud & Application Engineer to take ownership of their AWS-based SaaS platform. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of DevOps and software engineering, focusing on innovation and reliability for mission-critical cloud applications. It combines the skills of a DevOps Engineer and a Cloud Application Developer, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of connected services.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office per week in Coventry.

What You’ll Do:

• Deploy and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for SaaS platforms.
• Develop and support web applications and APIs using .NET (MVC, C#), Angular/TypeScript, and Python.
• Enhance existing codebases and implement new features to meet business needs.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability across cloud services.
• Collaborate in Agile teams using Scrum and Jira, and participate in on-call support.
