The Cloud Application (Identity Management) Administrator is responsible for managing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-based systems focusing on identity management. The role includes automating workflows and processes using IAM/IGA solutions to support compliance, auditing, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and support IAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement security and IAM best practices.
  • Document environment topologies and standards.
  • Handle complex issue escalations and ensure system recovery.
  • Automate, document, share, and improve processes.
  • Gather requirements and provide technical expertise for security initiatives.
  • Align system architectures with organizational standards and goals.
  • Partner with PMO for requirements, workflows, and success metrics.
  • Assist in designing new capabilities and application enhancements.
  • Work with team and project managers on project execution.
  • Continue personal and professional growth in relevant areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in a technical role.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on IAM, IGA, or IDM experience.
  • 5+ years of cloud system administration.
  • 3+ years in a technical project environment.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Experience with cloud platform connectors (AD, Salesforce, etc).
  • Experience with SAML (OKTA, OneLogin).
  • Automation/workflow system experience.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Experience with JIRA and Smartsheets.
  • ITIL and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Sailpoint experience or certification is a major plus.
  • High-level understanding of cloud, automation, and analytical systems.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
