The opportunity is to join a rapidly growing cloud consultancy. The business is a Microsoft Partner specializing in cloud solutions, IT managed services, professional services, and consultancy.
They sell to mid-market and enterprise clients (200-2,000+ users). Their current clients include FTSE 100 companies such as Informa and SITA, along with investment firms, NHS, and international law firms.
The Cloud and Services Sales Specialist role is supported by telemarketing, vendor leads, and leads directly from Microsoft. The Sales Director is an ex-Microsoft employee with strong connections.
The company offers shared office spaces for meetings, but the role is 100% remote, with some salespeople working from abroad, such as Spain. Client meetings can be conducted via video or face-to-face when necessary.
Compensation includes a basic salary of approximately £45,000 plus uncapped commission at 20% on all sales, with an OTE of £90,000. Gross profit is calculated at 100%, with no costs deducted, on managed services.
