We are currently seeking a meticulous and customer-focusedCloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a Cloakroom Attendant, youwill play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and convenience of our guests byproviding a secure and efficient cloakroom service. If you have a passion forhospitality, excellent organizational skills, and are committed to deliveringtop-notch service, we invite you to be an integral part of the experience inour restaurant.

This role is Part Time - up to 20hrs per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist guests with the check-in and retrieval ofpersonal belongings.

- Maintain a secure and organized cloakroom area.

- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests,addressing inquiries and special requests.

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamlessguest experience.

- Keep the cloakroom area clean and well-maintained.

- Uphold the highest standards of service and guestsatisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a cloakroom attendant or in acustomer service role is advantageous but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive and friendly demeanour.
