• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of CLO vehicles – from pricing and closing to resets and redemptions.
• Lead a compact London ops team while coordinating with offshore consultants.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly investor reporting across multiple CLOs.
• Run hypothetical trades to ensure strict compliance with CLO documentation.
• Manage daily compliance checks and data reconciliations.
• Supervise liquidity and cash flow management, including settlements and originator vehicle needs.
• Be the go-to liaison for audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of CLO operations experience, with at least 2+ years on the buy side.
• Deep understanding of Fixed Income, especially loans and bonds.
• Proven leadership skills—either current or ready to take that next step.
• Ideally already operating at VP level and hungry for a platform to grow at one of the world’s most prominent managers.
