A leading alternative investment firm is hiring for an Associate to join its CLO Operations team in London. The role involves supporting the European CLO business with a focus on closing leveraged loan and high yield bond trades.

Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing and completing LMA/LSTA trade documentation.
2. Ensuring accurate and timely settlement.
3. Maintaining unsettled trade trackers.
4. Performing daily reconciliations.
5. Processing portfolio activity.
6. Supporting borrower KYC.
7. Working closely with internal teams and third-party service providers.
8. Participating in process improvement initiatives.
9. Assisting with special projects.

The ideal candidate has experience within a buy-side firm, trustee, investment bank, or loan closing provider, and is well-versed in LMA/LSTA documentation and loan settlement processes.
