Qualifications

• Essential experience with a CLO Manager or alternative investment manager, Trustee or CLO administrator.
• Background in finance, economics, business, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; Excel Add-ins beneficial.
• Ability to utilise AI tools.
• Stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Confident when dealing with Portfolio Managers.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to read and digest complex legal/technical documents.
• Desirable exposure to loan management systems (Allvue, WSO/Nexus).
• Proactive problem solving; can work independently.
• Team player but can work independently and drive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily traded cash projections.
• Produce hypothetical trade results for Portfolio Managers proposed trades.
• Produce detailed weekly portfolio status reports and present to Portfolio Manager.
• Advise on compliance test results, funding requirements and trading opportunities.
• Work with Portfolio Management team, marketing and client relations, finance and external Middle Office provider.
• Attend KPI meetings with Administrators and external Middle Office provider.
• Identify and resolve issues relating to day to day trading activity, investor queries and service provider escalations.
• Provide oversight for external Middle Office in monthly and payment date reporting, as well as reviewing waterfall calculations.
• Review and interpret complex legal documentation.
