CLO Operations Analyst

Attribution Search are supporting a Global Credit Investment Manager who are looking to add to their existing team in London.

They are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years experience in CLO or Loan Operations/Administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and reconcile cash, positions, and CLO compliance tests.
2. Generate investor reports and waterfall calculations.
3. Prepare test trade scenarios, modelling, and verifying CLO and warehouse compliance.
4. Review CLO governing documents to ensure compliance requirements are met.
5. Navigate the CLO lifecycle (Closings, Effective Dates, Resets, and Refinancing).
6. Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve processes.
7. Handle ad-hoc projects and maintain communication with internal teams, corporate service providers, trustees, and administrators.

The business is looking to add headcount after continued growth and are open to seeing both buy and sell side candidates. To be considered, you must have between 1-3 years CLO or Loan Ops experience, with a preference for candidates who have existing knowledge of CLOs.
