You will ensure each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and surprises & delights them. You will work with a dynamic team to create a visually appealing shopping environment by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications:

You may or may not have experience within a retail environment; we can invest in your development to fill in some gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.

You will have:

  • A desire to understand your client’s skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend routines
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs

  • Previous retail/customer service experience (beneficial)
