Qualifications:

You may or may not have experience within a retail environment; we can invest in your development to fill in the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed.

You will have:

• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• A desire to understand your client’s skin and makeup goals to confidently recommend routines
• An approachable and friendly personality
• Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs
• Flexible availability across days/hours; please discuss your availability with the hiring manager before/during the interview
• Previous retail/customer service experience is beneficial
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
