A community health organization in the United Kingdom seeks a Per-Diem Clinician I or II to provide crisis assessment and management services. You will collaborate with a crisis team and local services to optimize recovery-oriented care for clients. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Master's degree, an associates license, and experience in mental health treatment, with strong skills in crisis management and collaboration.

CMHA is looking to hire a Per-Diem Clinician I or II for our Mobile Crisis Program. This position will be located at 233 Main St. New Britain, CT 06051.
Compensation Range:The salary range for this position starts at $25 per hour
Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time off package to provide a well-rounded and competitive approach to the applicant’s overall compensation.
Position Summary:Provides both initial and ongoing assessment of clients in crisis in the community, and collaborates with other team members to ensure optimal, recovery‐oriented care to both mental health and co‑occurring individuals through a variety of treatment services, including but not limited to and crisis assessment and management, as well as daily clinical consultation with staff and clients. Serves as a liaison to local police and emergency services organizations on crisis services, providing outreach and education on crisis services and developing partnerships to effectively respond to clients in crisis.
