ProblemShared has established strong partnerships servicing NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high-quality ADHD and Autism assessments, as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer comprehensive care, including psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions, all under one roof.

The Role:

Join a collaborative team of multi-specialty clinicians, with excellent opportunities for career development across other clinical areas, including Autism and ADHD roles.

We are seeking a clinician to join our fast-paced team, working with a diverse client base ranging from CYP to adults. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for assessing initial presentations, determining assessment suitability, and supporting clients via our NICE-compliant remote pathway. You will also complete mental health risk screenings and assessments to full resolution.

You will:

  • Be motivated to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company, with responsibility for driving business growth from day one.

What we are looking for:

  • Current registration with NMC, HCPC, or SW UK
  • Experience in a similar role, working with mental health presentations and risk assessments; knowledge of neurodivergence and neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Motivation and commitment to continuous learning and skill development
