Job summary

Bupa in Brighton is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead a care unit, promote independence, and ensure high standards of care. You will supervise a team, deliver clinical guidance, and maintain comprehensive records for residents.

The role requires an NMC-registered nurse, strong leadership, and excellent communication to support residents and families. On-site, full-time, with benefits and a focus on compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications
