Job summary

ICNARC is expanding its Clinical Trials Unit and seeks a Statistician to contribute to trial design, analysis, and the National Audit Programme across over 500 providers and 4 million health records.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of statisticians, data scientists and epidemiologists, supporting NHS policy and planning with methodological research and data science innovations.

Qualifications

• MSc in Medical Statistics or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with analysing routine health data and/or clinical trials.
• Ability to express technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide trial design and analysis for our Clinical Trials Unit portfolio.
• Offer statistical support for the National Audit Programme.
• Collaborate with statisticians, data scientists and epidemiologists.
• Contribute to methodological research and data science projects.
