Job summary

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated member to join the Research and Development team for the DIAMONDS study, a randomised controlled trial. You will engage with service users, carers and health professionals to explain study involvement and support consent and recruitment processes.

You will collect data, maintain trial documentation and work within the governance framework.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned care for clinical trials per protocol for patients and volunteers.
• Screen and recruit to clinical studies, working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Obtain informed consent and present study information clearly to participants and carers.
• Maintain trial data and case report forms according to GCP and NHS governance.
• Enter data into service and study databases and ensure auditability.
