Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) invites applications for an experienced Clinical Trials Administrator to support the NIHR Clinical Research Facility: Manchester. You will coordinate studies across all MFT hospitals, ensure robust admin processes, and manage approvals and financial aspects with cross-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studies within the NIHR Clinical Research Facility: Manchester across Trust sites.
• Set up studies and organise approvals (ethics, R&D, MHRA, research networks) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage study set-up costs and income recovery with the R&I finance team.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, IT and organisational skills; work independently as required.
