Job summary

Barts Health NHS Trust is recruiting an Administrative role to support the Centre for Experimental Cancer Medicine Cancer Research Delivery Group (CECM CRDG) portfolio of clinical trials. The post-holder will help ensure efficient administration under supervision of research teams and study investigators, including data collection, trial activity databases and filing in line with GCP.

Starting salary range £21,892 - £24,157 per annum, exclusive of London Allowance; full-time, fixed term for one

Qualifications

• Administrative background (NHS or research setting)
• Demonstrable IT skills, including e-mail, word processing and databases
• Attention to detail and high accuracy, ability to follow instructions
• Proficient English communication (written and spoken) and commitment to learning

Responsibilities

• Collect clinical data on Case Report Forms (CRFs)
• Maintain a database of trial activity
• Maintain site files and process amendments
• Ensure trials run in accordance with national law, local guidelines and GCP
