What Clinical Operations Site Management does at Worldwide

Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) are vital in ensuring our clinical research programs are executed with quality and excellence, providing the care and passion patients deserve. These roles are the backbone of every strong CRO, driving scientific breakthroughs and leading clinical trials. We offer an uncommon experience with a team unlike any other.

What you will do
  1. Provide leadership and direction to the clinical site management team from study start to closure.
  2. Serve as the primary contact and representative for site management within the project, including monitoring and site activities.
  3. Act as the primary sponsor contact.
  4. Manage monitoring deliverables to meet the study budget and identify out-of-scope activities.
What you will bring to the role
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a remote team.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills with solution-oriented thinking.
  • Strong customer focus and professional interaction with sponsors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.
Your experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree required.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or similar role.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Oncology (solid tumor) experience is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
