Job Title

Clinical Trial Manager

Job Description

The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) provides operational expertise and leadership to multiple clinical trial teams, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all aspects of clinical studies across all phases, in accordance with Veristat policies, SOPs, GCP, ICH, and local regulations.

What We Offer

• Estimated salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus, varies by region and experience

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences or related field
• 5+ years as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting with leadership experience
• Knowledge of clinical operations, development process, GCP, ICH, and regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual skills a plus
• Proficiency in study-specific therapeutic areas and clinical systems (EDC, IVRS, CTMS, eTMF)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills
• Ability to manage workload and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Travel up to 30%, valid driver’s license required
