Job Role: Office-Based Clinical Trial Coordinator

This office-based role will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, trial, and project management of clinical studies. The successful candidate will work with team members and sites to ensure the safe and successful delivery of studies. Main duties include:

  • Writing and managing documentation
  • Setting up and assisting sites with uploading images to XNAT
  • Training site staff on study procedures
  • Designing MACRO databases
  • Managing data and ensuring regulatory compliance

The applicant should possess relevant skills, abilities, and experience or demonstrate the aptitude to learn on the job.

About You

The candidate must have experience running clinical trials and working with XNAT and MACRO. The role is office-based, requiring flexibility, good organizational skills, and a team-oriented attitude. The individual should have a keen eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
