Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a talented and eager Clinical Trial Assistant to join our UK team in a remote position. The Scout Clinical Trial Assistant will perform a wide variety of activities in support of the Project Management, Finance and Reporting, and Quality Teams and Scout Clinical Management. This position is work from home and no travel.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Manage required study activities for assigned Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the studies
  • Maintain study calendar, including onboarding and training calls
  • Manage the preparation, review, and finalization of study documentation and reporting requirements
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including our clients' operations representatives, to ensure that required documents are finalized efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with Scout's values and business needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Accounting, Quality Management and Patient Liaison teams as needed
  • Manage group client-facing mailboxes
  • Process invoices for translations and other services as needed
  • Send customer surveys and compile survey data
  • Scout Clinical portal study creation, configuration, and user credential management
  • Manage virtual card payments and single load payment card requests, and distribution
  • Minor technical support for Scout portal users
  • Assist the leadership team on ad hoc projects as needed
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of experience with clinical research is a strong plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of foreign currency and ability to convert to USD
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
