As a leader in the fight against cancer, Hologic Endomag is dedicated to developing cutting-edge technologies that empower clinicians and redefine patient care. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring our teams and global partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed.

As Clinical Training Manager, you will be responsible for continuously developing Endomags global training platforms and curating our internal clinical literature library. Reporting to the Market Development Director, you will design and update training programs, assist in delivery, and ensure all materials align with the high standards of excellence set by our organization.

What To Expect

  • Identifying Training Needs: Assess organizational requirements and create tailored solutions.
  • Overseeing Training Programs: Manage and execute web-based seminars, physical collateral, training videos, and in-house development events.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with internal personnel to understand field-based education requirements and support their success.
  • Maintaining Expertise: Stay at the forefront of the oncology field and competitive technologies, ensuring Endomags training remains world-class.
  • Curating Clinical Knowledge: Source, summarize, and disseminate relevant clinical literature to drive commercial and R&D goals.
  • Championing the Brand: Represent Endomag through impactful global training activities that strengthen our mission and vision.
Required profile:

What We Expect

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent (MSc or PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years in a medical device commercial/marketing role with proven sales experience.
  • Expertise in managing KOL relationships and growing networks of clinical proponents.
  • Experience organizing educational events, clinical sessions, trials, or post-marketing studies.
  • Knowledge of oncology (especially breast oncology) or an understanding of the global surgical market.
  • Exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel and adaptability to changing priorities.
