Job summary

Fresenius Kabi UK is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to design, coordinate and deliver clinical training for Infusion Technology across the South-East. The role involves travelling to sites, contracting and maintaining accountable training programs to support sales.

The ideal candidate holds NMC registration with proven experience in clinical training, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to working patterns. This is a full-time position requiring travel between accounts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an NMC registration.
• Experience in managing and delivering clinical training.
• Must be able to communicate with people at all levels.
• Being organised and well planned is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracted accounts to ensure profitable contracts are maintained and renewed.
• Design appropriate teaching/training programmes for clinical training to Infusion Technology customers.
• Monitor and adapt training programmes for maximum effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes.
• Coordinate Clinical Trainers activity to deliver user training.
• Manage the budget for implementations.
• Conduct pre-purchase clinical presentations and product evaluations.
• Develop a network of contacts to promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Liaise with Business Development Manager and Field Service Engineer for daily operations.
