The Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice is seeking a dedicated Clinical Trainer to enhance education and training in palliative care. This position involves delivering blended training, supporting team members, and sharing clinical knowledge, contributing to the overall well-being of patients and professionals alike.
Phyllis Tuckwell provides palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness. Based in Farnham and Guildford, we serve a population of 550,000 across West Surrey and North East Hampshire.
Clinical Trainer
30 hours a week (up to full time hours of 37.5 per week will also be considered)
Salary £35,200per annum (WTE £44,000based on 37.5 hours)
Location: Farnham, Guildford, and surrounding areas.

Phyllis Tuckwell is looking to appoint a Clinical Trainer to work within our Education team. We are looking for an experienced registered nurse who has a passion for learning and development, enjoys training and shares the values of continuous learning and development.
The role encompasses supporting the effective planning and delivery of both internal and external blended training, learning and education programmes, supporting, and motivating others, and being a resource disseminating knowledge and skills in palliative and end of life care to influence safe and effective clinical care for local health and social care professionals.
