An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Northern England (predominantly Yorkshire) territory as a Clinical Therapy Consultant within the Pain Therapies team. The role is focused on ensuring optimum therapy outcomes for our patients.

If you are a new graduate with a proactive, positive, can-do mindset and a self-starter attitude eager to develop your career and clinical expertise with Medtronic, this role is for you. It is a temporary role (12-18 months) with an opportunity to become permanent.

A Day in the Life
  • Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices.
  • Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics.
  • Perform troubleshooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure best practices of our devices within key accounts.
  • Stay updated on competitor knowledge and promote Medtronic products aligned with clinician and service needs.
  • Provide data in line with weekly business demands.
Must Haves
  • Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life Science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience).
  • Healthcare-related experience with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Driving license.
Nice to Haves
  • Knowledge of theatre etiquette and hospital policies related to industry interactions.
  • Experience in clinical or technical interactions with healthcare professionals and patients.
