An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Northern England (predominately Yorkshire) territory as a Clinical Therapy Consultant within the Pain Therapies team there required to ensure optimum therapy outcomes for our patients.

If you are new graduate who have a proactive, positive, can-do mindset and a self-starter who is eager to develop their career and clinical expertise with Medtronic this role is for you. It is a temporary role (12-18 months) with an opportunity to become permanent.

A Day in the Life
• Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices.
• Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics.
• Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts.
• Effectively collaborate with sales, clinical and engineer teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts.
• Ensure own competitor knowledge remains up to date along with the ability to promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs.
• Provide data in line with the weekly business demands.

Must Haves
• Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life-science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience)
• Healthcare related experience with a commercial mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and Influencing skills
• Driving licence

Nice to Haves
• Knowledge of theatre etiquette and wider hospital policies relating to interaction with industry representatives
• Experience in clinical or technical interaction with healthcare professionals and patient
