Job description

The CAMHS Community North Team is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Secretary to join their friendly, dynamic, and professional multi-disciplinary team. The team collaborates with carers, schools, health professionals, social care, short break providers, and alternative provisions, offering tailored consultations, advice, and strategies for young people. The main base is at Balderton Primary Care Centre, with an additional location at Langold Clinic.

This role requires an experienced secretary to provide an efficient and comprehensive secretarial service supporting the team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, flexible, adaptable, and possess excellent multi-tasking skills. Training will be provided to support colleagues within the CAMHS Community Team.

The core working hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a part-time position, preferably with hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which are negotiable. Currently, the admin team works a mix of office-based and remote work; during induction and training, all hours should be based in the office.

Key responsibilities include:
