We are seeking a Clinical Team Leader for the following areas: Melton & Rutland, Hinckley, Northwest Leicestershire, and Loughborough/Charnwood Teams. A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland MHST is an early intervention and preventative mental health and emotional wellbeing service.
You will support the teams to provide high-quality services to CYP (and their families) experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. This includes supervising staff, implementing service improvements, supporting participation and co-production with CYP, and organizing Whole School Approach work, all in accordance with clinical governance and professional standards.
The Clinical Team Leader will manage the day-to-day operations of the teams, which operate Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays, with some flexible working.
You will work with Service Managers, Clinical Leads, and other senior colleagues to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient Early Intervention Service. You will also develop and implement integrated pathways with colleagues within MHST and external partners to support seamless service delivery focused on children and young people.
Meeting key performance indicators and quality schedules will be part of your responsibilities.
Additionally, you will manage your own caseload, delivering early intervention, including complex cases and mental health assessments.
