A local healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to support leadership within their Care Team. The role involves ensuring high standards of clinical practice and managing a team of professionals providing palliative care. Applicants must be qualified nurses with strong clinical and leadership skills, eligible to work in the UK, and experienced in nursing practice. Compensation: £44,331 - £53,080 / year
Naomi House and Jacksplace provide palliative and end of life care, symptom management and respite for children and young people with life limiting conditions. Our holistic approach embraces the clinical, emotional and social needs of the child or young person and their families. Our innovative and enthusiastic team respond to both changing clinical needs, play and activity requests and memory making.
As a qualified paediatric or dual registered nurse with proven clinical leadership skills, you must have up to date competence in a range of clinical skills such as invasive and non-invasive respiratory support; IV and central line management; and end of life care. Excellent interpersonal skills are also important.
