A leading health service provider in Exeter is seeking a Band 6 Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse to enhance care quality in a supportive team environment. This exciting role offers professional growth and a relocation package.
We are seeking a Band 6 Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse to join us on Delderfield Ward at the Cedars in Exeter. Delderfield is a 16 bed acute unit based in the beautiful grounds of Wonford House in Exeter. Delderfield provides care for men & women with severe mental health needs.
You will quickly become part of a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team where you'll be using your skills and experience to deliver a package of care to people on our ward that helps them on their road to recovery. We passionately believe that with our help, people can improve their mental health to recover independence and return to their local community.
This is also an exciting time to be joining our organisation as we are currently undertaking reviews of our care pathways, smarter ways of working, including enhanced IT equipment and mobile working, all of which will enhance peoples experiences of accessing and using our services and focussing on the quality of care provision.
