The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and committed Clinical Team Leader to join our Essex clinic. In our nurse-led environment, with established protocols and support systems, you'll help reinforce a values-driven culture focused on care and inclusivity.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise the nursing team, coordinate with doctors, surgeons, and anesthetists, and serve as a main contact for clinical and safeguarding issues.

As a registered Clinical Team Leader, you'll receive tailored training to deliver safe and effective abortion care.

Previous experience in sexual and reproductive health is not required.
