A leading healthcare provider in Camden Town is seeking a senior clinician to join their CAMHS leadership team, responsible for delivering high-quality mental health care for children and families. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in clinical leadership and operational management, contributing to service improvements and ensuring excellent care outcomes. The post-holder will join the CAMHS senior leadership team in Newham and will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care and services for children, young people and families affected by mental health problems.
The post-holder will be a senior clinician from a core CAMHS discipline and will be accountable for the clinical leadership and operational management of the E&B Team. They will deliver on performance targets and quality outcomes in order to transform the service, improving access to and choice of evidence-based therapies and building capability to deliver positive and measurable outcomes for children and young people and their families.
Responsibilities will include working in partnership with the Associate Clinical Director, General Manager, Psychological Therapies Lead, and other clinical team leads in service planning and development, the development of bids and business cases, advising on issues of staff performance, and providing clinical and professional advice and leadership to facilitate service improvements.
