Are you a dynamic and compassionate leader with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Team Coordinator to join our vibrant and supportive Chorley and South Ribble team within the Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Network. This is a Band 7 role, working 30 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. You’ll play a key role in supporting the training and development of staff, leading innovative transformation projects, and working collaboratively with AHP Leads, Professional Leads, and Service Managers to drive forward audit, research, and the implementation of evidence-based care pathways. Your clinical expertise will also be valued, as you contribute to the care of children and young people with complex and additional needs, helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clear line management within the team, including full range of first line management duties: approval of annual leave, special leave, training, undertaking PDR, investigating and responding to complaints, and dealing with first stage disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Provide management supervision, promoting a robust understanding of Service Line Business objectives.
  • Support training and development needs associated with specialist areas of clinical practice within the locality.
  • Support and lead team transformation projects.
