In this pivotal leadership position, you will provide clear and effective line management to a skilled multidisciplinary team, offering strong supervision and guidance to ensure alignment with our service line’s strategic goals. You’ll play a key role in supporting the training and development of staff, leading innovative transformation projects, and working collaboratively with AHP Leads, Professional Leads, and Service Managers to drive forward audit, research, and the implementation of evidence-based care pathways. Your clinical expertise will also be valued, as you contribute to the care of children and young people with complex and additional needs, helping them reach their full potential.
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care. The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
