Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Team Administrator to join the Health and Justice Mental Health Treatment Requirement Team based at Lanchester Road Hospital, Durham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and support our multi-disciplinary teams who work closely together in order to give the best holistic care to our patients. Responsibilities
  • Deal with enquiries to the clinical team and healthcare professionals, take action where necessary, and ensure messages are communicated accurately to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
  • Be the first point of contact for other professionals, responding in a helpful manner to enquiries or other issues raised.
  • Provide support for diary management and appointment coordination, arrange and minute meetings, distribute agendas and papers.
  • Create and ensure case note files are up to date and available for patient appointments/admissions, including liaison with other departments and sites.
  • Undertake general office duties as required, including ordering supplies, filing, and photocopying.
