Job summary

The Clinical Teaching Team Lead (CTTL) plays a pivotalleadership role in the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement ofundergraduate medical education across County Durham and Darlington NHSFoundation Trust.

The post-holder will manage clinical educators and teachingfellows, oversee MBBS rotations, and ensure teaching aligns with GMC anduniversity standards. Main duties of the job

As Clinical Teaching Team Lead, you will play a central rolein shaping the future medical workforce by leading a dedicated team ofeducators and fostering a dynamic, supportive learning environment for medicalstudents across the Trust.

Youll drive innovation in teaching, support theprofessional growth of education staff, and ensure students are well-preparedfor clinical practice. Working closely with university partners and clinicalteams, youll contribute to curriculum development, promote interprofessionalcollaboration, and champion student wellbeing.
