A leading educational institution in the UK seeks Clinical Teaching Fellows for part-time positions at Keele or Harper Adams University. The role involves delivering case-based learning and facilitating tutorials. Candidates must be a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) or eligible for registration. The position offers flexible contracts catering to various working patterns including term-time only options.
Various positions are available as Clinical Teaching Fellows on a part-time (from 0.2 FTE) basis, with both fixed-term and permanent contracts available. These positions will be based at either Keele or Harper Adams University Campus.
The Clinical Teaching Fellows play a key role in delivering case-based learning, which is integrated throughout the foundation and transition phases of the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (BVetMS) programme. They work closely with other academic staff to contribute to educational design and development, facilitate tutorials to small groups of students, and support students in various subject areas.
Clinical Teaching Fellows must be a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) or be eligible for RCVS registration. Fractional contracts are available, tailored to accommodate flexible working patterns, including university term-time only or school term-time only contracts.
