Detailed job description and main responsibilities- To provide a comprehensive support service to users of the systems managed.
- Liaise with external users of the systems managed, providing support and advice as required, liaising with third party providers where appropriate.
- Responsible for completing supplier design documentation e.g., Data Collection Workbooks to a high degree of accuracy.
- To assist in the development of policies and procedures in relation to the systems managed.
- To undertake periodic audits of data e.g., to ensure compliance with the NHS Data Manual. This will include (but will not relate exclusively) to master files.
- Undertake testing of new releases
- Create and manage accounts for new users.
- Deactivate accounts and user access for leavers
