About The Role

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week (consideration for 30+ hours)
• Location: Full-time in-office for induction; hybrid working with at least 2 days in the office per week post-training

As a Senior Clinical Systems Configuration Analyst, You Will:

• Work closely with system users, providing advice and support
• Configure and optimise clinical systems for efficiency and usability
• Develop expertise in systems like RiO, SystmOne, IAPTus, Systems for Dentists, and Lillie (training provided)
• Lead system improvements, change management, and projects
• Handle configuration tasks and queries ensuring seamless functionality
• Conduct in-depth testing (functional, regression, acceptance)
• Develop templates, forms, and workflows
