A great opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker to join an experienced team at Greenways Assessment & Treatment Unit in Macclesfield, Cheshire, which has been rated Outstanding by CQC (Care Quality Commission).
Greenways is a purpose-built 12-bedded unit which caters for adult patients who have a learning disability. The Clinical Support Worker (CSW) will be part of the staff team responsible for assisting in the physical and psychological care to patients.

You will be working with adults with learning disabilities as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team. Admissions are short term for people with learning disabilities and complex needs requiring a period of intensive assessment, treatment, and/or therapy within an inpatient unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with both colleagues and patients. Ideally, you will have experience in a care setting with learning disabilities.
