Job summary

Swanton Care in Warrington is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Children’s Services. You will support children with physical/disabilities, assist with daily routines, education, and activities, and help manage medications in a nurturing home.

Full training is provided. The role offers 40 hours weekly, with a pay range of £13.45–£13.70 per hour, and a commitment to staffing a caring, professional team.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine care and compassion for young people.
• Positive outlook, energy, humour and enthusiasm in work.
• Resilient and calm under pressure to support challenges.
• Great team player but confident working independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Open to learning and completing Level 3 Diploma.
• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
