Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a caring and flexible individual to join our Acute Hospital and Community teams in Forth Valley. You will contribute to safe, person-centred care and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support adults when unwell.

Roles involve rotational day and night shifts including weekends. PVG clearance is required; sponsorship and visa guidance may apply for eligible candidates. Training opportunities are available to support your development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a caring role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in the ward environment with their care needs and assist the clinical team.
• Use de‑escalation skills to support patients when distressed as required.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team across Acute Hospital and Community settings.
• Be flexible to rotational day/night shifts including weekends.
