The Role

NHS Lanarkshire is looking to recruit Clinical Support Worker.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will carry out care duties for patients, in support of a registered nurse, and will regularly work unsupervised and will carry out assigned duties to maintain hygiene, order and safety within the ward environment.

Please note: Duties may vary with the type of ward/department and the degree of patient dependency.

  • To actively participate in the Personal Development Plan process to fulfil the requirements of continuing professional development.

This role will be based in Ward 5 within University Hospital Wishaw
