Clinical Support Worker

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team on Ward 52 - a busy and caring Health Care of the Older Person Ward.

Ward 52 is a 24-bed clinical area, equipped with en-suite facilities in 9 single rooms, designed to offer comfort and privacy for our patients. We care for individuals with a variety of acute medical needs whilst managing their co-morbidities. Understanding the fundamentals of care and supporting our patients with these whilst encouraging physical activity and engagement is essential to maintaining patients baseline functioning. We aim to provide a diverse and rewarding work environment.

You'll work closely with our well-established medical team and ward-based multidisciplinary staff to deliver patient-centred care. Our team fosters a supportive and collaborative culture where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.

  • Able to work flexibly on a varied shift pattern according to the roster including nights and weekends
