A regional healthcare provider is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to assist with delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include personal hygiene support, nutrition access, and maintaining patient dignity. Experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including nights and weekends.
The role of the Clinical Support Worker is to support in the delivery of high-quality patient care by attending to aspects of patient personal hygiene, supporting patients to access appropriate nutrition, providing bowel and bladder care and maintaining patient privacy and dignity at all times. The post holder will undertake a range of clinical care duties as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
Experience would be preferable due to the fast pace of the role; however training could be provided for the right applicant who shows the quality and skills required for patient care in a rewarding yet challenging environment.

The hours of work are 07:30 - 20:00 and 19:30 - 08:00

Wednesday 8th October 2025 - Assessment Centre and Interviews will be held at Infinity House. If you are shortlisted for this role you will need to be available to attend in person on this date. No remote/teams assessments or interviews will be available due to the face-to-face nature of the role.

MCHFT provides a full range of local hospital and community services for people across East Cheshire (population 399K) and West Cheshire and Chester boroughs (population 357K). The Trust provides high quality planned and unplanned/emergency care, cardiac and critical care as well as child health, maternity services, and intermediate care across our sites at Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford.
