The Company:

Our client is a dynamic UK medical device distributor specialising in cutting-edge surgical solutions, including powered staplers, hernia meshes, and energy devices. With a strong reputation for clinical quality and innovation, they are growing rapidly across the UK theatre space. Recent product launches have set new industry standards, and the company continues to invest heavily in people, training, and portfolio expansion. Due to this expansion, they are now recruiting for a Clinical Specialist to cover the North & Scotland.

The Role:

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering in-theatre clinical training, product support, and education to a wide range of stakeholders including colorectal and gynae surgeons, theatre nurses, procurement, and clinical teams. Your goal will be to ensure smooth implementation of their surgical technologies and develop product usage across key accounts in the North & Scotland. You'll play a crucial role in case support and relationship building, driving product adoption and customer confidence. This is a field-based role requiring regular hospital visits and strong collaboration with the wider commercial team.

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for someone with a strong clinical background, ideally with experience in theatres, who is confident engaging with surgical teams, theatre nurses, and procurement professionals. You should be highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing your own schedule effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be providing in-depth clinical support, training, and building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. A full UK driving licence is required for this field-based role.
